HMV

I first met Tom Nevins in the early 90s when I was President of HMV Japan.

Tom was able to very quickly sort out for us a complex and critical personnel problem which had been simmering for some months at a director level and was trending adversely.

Subsequently HMV has grown to be a large and successful international company in Japan. We would not hesitate to use Tom again under similar circumstances.
